Refund policy

At Mama’s Piñatas, every item is handmade with care and inspected before shipping. Because our products are large, delicate, and custom-crafted, we maintain the following strict return and refund policy:

1. Returns Required Before Refunds

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued until the original product is returned to us.

  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item back.

  • Proof of return shipment (tracking number) must be provided before any refund or exchange is processed.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after approval of your return request.

3. Condition of Returned Items

  • Piñatas must be returned unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized piñatas are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Clearance or sale items are also final sale.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • We may offer a replacement once the original item is returned.
