At Mama’s Piñatas, every item is handmade with care and inspected before shipping. Because our products are large, delicate, and custom-crafted, we maintain the following strict return and refund policy:
1. Returns Required Before Refunds

No refunds or replacements will be issued until the original product is returned to us.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item back.

Proof of return shipment (tracking number) must be provided before any refund or exchange is processed.
2. Timeframe for Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned within 14 days after approval of your return request.
3. Condition of Returned Items

Piñatas must be returned unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized piñatas are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Clearance or sale items are also final sale.
5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos.

We may offer a replacement once the original item is returned.
