Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days after dispatch, but may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

4. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

5. Delivery Issues

Once an order has been shipped and confirmed delivered by the carrier, Mama’s Piñatas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
6. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Mama’s Piñatas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
