  • Custom or personalized piñatas may require additional processing time; estimated ship dates will be provided at checkout or by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship through major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on destination and package size.

  • Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days after dispatch, but may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Some piñatas may qualify for promotional or flat-rate shipping offers when available.

4. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates through the carrier.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Once an order has been shipped and confirmed delivered by the carrier, Mama’s Piñatas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Mama’s Piñatas is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.

7. International Shipping
